"The food in the restaurant was like from grandmas kitchen. Delicious dinner, the old German way. Rooms reasonably priced, clean and comfy beds. The only rub: church bells at 7 am ….. we had to get going, anyway, luckily. "

"De vakantiewoning is geweldig, erg schoon, ruim, van alle gemakken voorzien (keukeninrichting, huiskamer, slaapkamer en badkamer) alles voelt heel luxe aan. De planten zijn opvallend goed verzorgd. Het echtpaar dat de woning verhuurd is ook erg aardig.Ander pluspunt is dat de Vuureifel een prachtige omgeving is voor wandel, fiets of toertochten met motor en/of auto.zie foto's van de waterval, toertocht of de een van de vele mares (volgelopen vulkaankraters)"

"Only stayed for 1 night on way through, a quiet location, lots of space to sit and relax, catered for young children as lovely garden area and a small play room. The bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed for my son was very hard and not so comfortable but fine for 1 night. Friendly staff"

"Barb is a great host. She was eager to assist and always had the sauna ready to rock for us. This is a wonderful property but the hosts are the key to a terrific time.If your trip is for business the internet is slow for large uploads and downloads, but that is Germany in general, not the best internet in all the B&B’s in Germany to include hotels.But if you are looking for a tranquil retreat, a beautiful house, location and one of the best hosts I have ever had, this is the place for you."
