"Overall, excellent place to stay. My room was spacious and was as advertised. The receptionist was very kind and allowed my Mom to check out later as I was still in my conference until 3PM. It is about 10-15 min walk to/from Bonn UN Campus train station. I took off a point because the room did not have kleenex, bar soap, and the bathroom door is a barn sliding door that didn’t really close nor provide much privacy (no lock, see through, no soundproofing). "

"I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. "Facility was in a great location, and the room was excellent. The check in process was informal, may not have been a regular employee; we got the keys fine, but no wifi password. Later we also found the room had no soap. Checking out was a mystery, the hotel lobby was locked. We ended up dropping the keys in the mailbox. Overall I think we would stay again, the hotel facilities are great, but the customer interaction (or lack thereof) needs some work."
