"The Rynders Cabin, at Coulter Farmstead, was a very unique experience!! I would describe Rynders Cabin as "romantic, quiet, peaceful, and relaxing". It is a place to go if one is looking to de-stress. If I was a writer, this would be the place I would definitely want to go to write. The fireplace in the cabin was a definite plus; although, you can only burn fire logs (not firewood), and you need to leave the cabin clean to a certain degree according to renter's policy. I spent most of my time in awe of the construction of this very old cabin built in the mid-1800’s in historic Washington, Arkansas, State Park. There is no hustle and bustle within the park. The population here, at the time, was only 180. It is definitely worth Googling the historic buildings, which are many, in this small area. The must see, within the park, is the 180-year-old magnolia tree. My main purpose, for this trip, was to go to the Crater of Diamonds State Park which is only 40 minutes away. The drive is beautiful!"
