Our room was clean, and that was our major concern. This hotel has obviously been updated (and is being updated) to more in line with Holiday Inn standards but has a ways to go. As the most expensive hotel at this exit, I would have looked for more, but again, there was good coffee and we had a clean room.

You want to stay here if this is on your way through Missouri! Easy on and off the highway and the staff is some of the friendliest we’ve ever encountered. Bonus that an excellent BBQ Steakhouse restaurant is just across the parking lot.😉

Thursday night I spent the night in a five-star very fancy hotel in Arlington for a conference. The hotel had everything you would expect but it wasn't comfortable. I turned around and drove to Missouri excited that I was checking into what I call my regular hotel on this route, Knowing that I was going to get the best night's sleep. I don't know what it is about the bed and especially the pillows but I sleep in comfort at this hotel. Always clean & Always friendly! Thank you

The staff was welcoming and polite. In the morning, all of the staff made eye contact and greeting me. The only issue was a remodel construction project that was going on on the lower level of the hotel, on the same side I was on that resulted in some loud noise in the morning.
