"Great overall experience. Service was warm, professional and seamless. Self check-in process was quick and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The room was beautifully designed with great views. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the amenities felt luxurious and well thought out. The only minor note is that I could faintly hear music and bass from the Encore club up until 3am, even from the 54th floor. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was noticable if you're a very light sleeper. That said, it didn't take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay."
