"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"Nice pool area. We had it to ourselves."

"It was just a stop on my way to Poland. But the support of the staff was excelent and the stay was very good."
