"It was a good stay overall. The room had a little bit of mold in its air conditioner, and we couldn’t switch because of high capacity. But the room was spacious and the courtyard was nice."

"This is my 3rd time staying here! Each stay has been great for our concerts at nationwide arena right outside. Hotel is clean, updated, staff is helpful, & the bar/restaurant is wonderful! However, the last time we stayed recently, I booked the Deluxe king bed suite & was told at check in that I had to settle for 2 queen beds because they ran out of king beds. I have always raved about this hotel but that was a a bit disappointing. Overall, great place to stay if you are going to an event nearby."

"If you’re looking for an extra-special place to stay in Delaware, this is it! The amenities are top notch, from the comfortable beds, high-quality linens, high-end appliances and fixtures, to the super convenient location, a block from downtown! Walk to restaurants, breweries and shops. Oh, did I mention the unique, one-of-a-kind Addams Family themed decor?! And not just pictures (though there are many) - the hefty, unique and surprisingly comfortable furniture, period light fixtures, beautiful wide-plank, original flooring, amazing woodwork such as doors, bannisters, and monumental trim work. Everywhere you look there’s a new visual treat to discover (some more hidden than others)! This home was renovated with great care; and our stay was quite comfortable. The showers (water pressure and temperature) worked great, and the two separate thermostats kept the air temperature perfect. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed, including a coffee maker, toaster, and just about every thing you could think of. For such a large home, it was very clean as well. Thank you to our hosts for creating this unique experience."
