Very clean room. Updated facility. Beds were comfortable and it was so easy to get to the places we wanted to be. Nothing beyond a 10 minute drive. I highly recommend visiting New Bern and staying at Clarion Point. Couldn’t beat the price for the service.

The breakfast was very, very limited. There were a few maintenance issues with our room such as the ceiling fan cover beginning to fall off. However our room was quiet, the mattress was good, and the staff were very nice.

We prepaid the room. Upon entering the room we felt the room smelled bad enough, and with the window screwed shut, we decided to return to the front desk and turned in our keys. A different room was not available, so we asked for a full refund. We never received a refund. We had used the toilet and a hand towel, but were only in the room for a couple minutes. Via email, the manager chose to disagree with our refund request.

I stayed there 2yrs ago the night before my wedding and loved it. Very clean,everyone on staff were very friendly. It was clean and quiet. My daughter came to visit last weekend and by chance,got the same room I had! Everyone on staff still friendly and helpful. Rooms were still emaculate, it was quite, and she loved it so much,she booked an extra day! Keep up the good work!

Clean and friendly staff

Hotel and rooms were clean. Our room had damp floor under air conditioner unit with a musky smell but the hotel swapped our rooms without issue. Hotel does charge 75.00 charge per booking that is supposed to be returned after stay if no issues, so just be aware because we were blindsided and not fully prepared.

This is one of our favorite hotels to stay at! It is clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast and the rooms are super comfortable and perfect for a multiple nights stay. The bathrooms are well equipped and the beds are bedding are comfortable and always look new. Clean smells and near where we need to be. We definitely recommend!
