This is a good location for a New Braunfels stay. Conveniently located for playing in or tubing the Comal River, walking to Schlitterbahn, or just being close to restaurants and other activities in town. The unit is well decorated and clean.
The sleeper sofa in the living room is broken so the cushions are low on one side. The mattress in the master bedroom is sunk in the middle which takes a little to get used to. Also, there are no chairs and table on the patio as shown in one of the photos. Also, you have to go to an office to get your bracelets and car passes for the property prior to check in which is a little inconvenient. I stayed in another unit on the property where these items are waiting for you in the room. Otherwise and overall, this was a good place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.
