After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the pool, come home to stretch out on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen and sit down to eat at the dining table or breakfast bar. Or, bring your plates outside to the furnished balcony to enjoy the fresh air. At night, rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss.

THINGS TO KNOW
Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
