Welcome to Rio Heaven #107

Stunning first-floor condo on the 4th crossing of the beautiful Guadalupe River. 3 bedrooms/2 full baths, 3 HDTVs, cable & complimentary Wi-Fi. Fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach towels, chairs, and other river items are also available. Enjoy the new pool and grills in the summer, or wildlife viewing and trout fishing in the winter.

During the summer months, guests will be required to wear wristbands and display parking passes in their vehicle(s). During the summer months, we will not be able to accommodate early check-ins. Late check-outs are dependent on availability and a $25/hourly charge will be incurred.

You can enjoy the peaceful and serene view of the Guadalupe River from your private balcony, or take a short walk down to the water for some fun-filled activities like stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, tubing, and swimming. This cozy condo boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living room unobstructed views of the Guadalupe river. Transportation dependent on availability so ample time is greatly appreciated.

Good times at Rio Grande Condo

Very nice place for for my family and I to stay for a few days. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the Guadalupe river was wonderful! Would definitely consider staying there again.

Good location

Owners need to make some improvements, considering the price. Mattresses in all 3 bedroom were old & uncomfortable, in addition to some broken patio furniture that was left in a pile in the corner of the patio.

Beautiful sights

The property was very nice enjoyed being right on the river. However if you’re looking for a place that has a pool the pool was closed because maintenance never got the phone fixed. And they can’t open the pool without the phone working. They did tell me they were working on it about two weeks before but never got it fixed.It also could use some curtains in the bedrooms. It was really bright and hard to sleep in. First pit was really nice. And the place was very clean and nice. Would for sure come again.

Nice, comfortable experience. Enjoyed the 1st floor unit with view of River. Walked down to river and did fishing, paddle boarding and swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Guadeloupe River.Neighbors were all friendly.

Rio Guadalupe Condo

Loved the view and excellent location on the river. Grounds were well kept and maintained. Had a few minor issues inside of condo but didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall was well pleased with everything.

Communication with the manager was excellent. Property is well maintained, clean, and comfotrable. Check-in and out process is simple. Location on the river is perfect. Always a great atmosphere. That is the reason we've booked this property 2 years in a row. We'll be back again.

Great River view

Location was great. Bottom floor so walk out right on the river. Condo was clean, well stocked, & as described. If I had one complaint it would be mattress in the master bedroom was pretty worn out & uncomfortable but that is minimal & everything else was great.

Perfect location!!!

I love that this rental is as advertised. It had everything we needed for an amazing family weekend and easy access to white water amp for the Willie show! Beds were comfy. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. And the patio was amazing. Walking just steps down to the river to fish or read was exactly what we needed.

Loved your place!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were there with friends for a weekend music festival at the property next door. Previously, we'd stayed in the cabins next door but for just a little more $, we got way more space and comfort (and quiet) by staying here! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!! Our group especially loved the patio area. What a great place to begin or end your day!

Girls trip

Girls trip get away. Condo was perfectly located. We enjoyed the quietness and beautiful surroundings. Was a perfect time in the middle of the week to enjoy an older crowd and not have to worry about a bunch of teenagers and young adults being rowdy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great rest and relaxation.

We wanted to stay somewhere with direct river access and a pool and have separate sleeping areas for each couple. This was perfect. The baby deer and daily family of ducks were a sweet bonus. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants from canyon lake to New Braunfels were easily accessible. We even enjoyed a day at Canyon Lake Dam. Just a great getaway.

Great location!!

We had a family reunion next door at one of the big pavillions/hall. We just had to walk around a fence to get there. The condo was perfect, no issues at all. We had 6 of us that stayed and had plenty of room. The patio looked over the river, beautiful scenery! Just walk down the hill to get into the water. Shallow enough to sit in or walk across to the other side. Would definitely stay there again, just needed more time.
