Located on the Comal River, this newly renovated condo boasts a comfortable and casual interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and hot tub. Not only is the condo steps from the Comal River, it’s also near bike paths and just across the street from Schlitterbahn Water Park, so outdoor adventures are never too far away.

After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the pool, come home to lounge on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen. Eat meals together at the dining table or breakfast bar. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss.

This condo has been renovated and the pictures displayed are actual but the virtual tour is not updated.
The fireplace is not operable.
Six wristbands and two parking passes will be provided. The wristbands are for access to the property and property amenities only and must be worn by all occupants. They are not for other activities such as admittance to Schlitterbahn or for tube rentals.Wristbands must be returned to the red basket in unit or there will be a charge for each missing or damaged band.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great access to the river for floating, 10min walk to the top of the river for a 2.5hr float or 1min walk to the river for a 1.25hr float. Can get out of the river at the condo for a 1min walk home.

We have stayed at multiple condos on the river in recent years and this one was my favorite! It was Nicely decorated, clean, great river views from the porch, and the management was wonderful! We will be back to this condo again!

This was the absolute perfect location, the backside is the Comal the front side Schlitterbahn. We could cross the street and get on the river for an hour float or walk about a mile for the full float! We loved our time!

Super cute condo with a nice view of the river. A good location to people-watch the tubers. The condo had great space, the bathrooms were great size and the bedrooms were very roomy. The small kitchen has everything you need to cook/eat. There is no traditional coffeemaker only a k-cup machine so plan accordingly. The condo community is very strict about parking, you will get towed! The community pool was green and we didn't get to use it but many others did. Swim at your own risk. Overall, it was a great space in a nice location. There is river access as part of the condo community so that was great too. We would definitely book this place again in the future.

This condo is nice and in a great location facing the Comal River. The kitchen could use some updating on stocking, as well as the condo could use some updating.

We loved it! We stayed here for nine days when we were moving and between houses. Had everything we needed and then some and was a great temporary home during a transition period. Loved all the space in the bedrooms and bathrooms, living room was cozy, and the beautiful view of the Comal was peaceful and relaxing. I was kind of sad to leave!

Is located on the river about 100yds before the official ‘end of tubing’ point where everyone gets out. Has its own steps so you can get out and be right at the condos. Schlitterbahn 3 is directly across the street so easy walk to both attractions. Condo was clean and ready to use, minor issue was fixed promptly. Vacasa text communication was very helpful and polite. Would stay here again.

Wanted to let you know we ran the dishwasher on Saturday night and had to put towels on the floor because it started leaking. Thats why we did not run again at check-out. Also, the guest bath needs a bulb replaced in the vent fan. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
