    Havana Haus is a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that’s perfect for your next getaway in New Braunfels! This charming property features a spacious, split-level deck ideal for entertaining, complete with comfortable seating, twinkling string lights, a gas grill for cookouts, and breathtaking views of a backyard often visited by friendly deer. Challenge friends or family to a fun game of Corn Hole or Bocce ball while you soak in the tranquil surroundings.



    Pet-friendly with a fenced-in backyard, Havana Haus is the perfect retreat for you and your furry companions! Its prime location places you just minutes away from downtown New Braunfels, where you can explore local restaurants, bars, and attractions like Schlitterbahn Waterpark and the Comal River. If you're in the mood for tubing, rentals and a river access point are just a few blocks away.



    For a day of family fun, Landa Park is only a mile south, offering a miniature golf course, scenic lake, wading pool, picnic areas, and playgrounds—making it an ideal spot for all ages.



    Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances to cook delicious meals. Spacious dining area with 8 seats to gather for game night. The cozy living room with Smart TV and YouTube TV subscription, Record player and albums provide a bungalow feel with a relaxing ambiance.

    The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-size bed as well. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guest bathroom is conveniently located to the living room/dining and bedrooms. The den area has 2 twin cots. The owners have also provided folding card tables and chairs to create a workspace in the den while cots are not in use. Pack 'N Play available as well as washer/dryer for convenience.



    No smoking. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. Please note this property is in a residential area and enforces quite hours in the evenings. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

New Braunfels Home

This home was so quaint Our favorite feature was the backyard. We saw many cats , a fox and a herd of deer that wandered through the neighbors yard. It was the coolest three days. The neighborhood is quiet and the downtown had plenty to do.

Great get away!

Loved everything about this place…felt bigger than advertised! Great for dogs, secure backyard that comes with its own herd of domesticated deer! Walked to most of our scheduled events in downtown New Braunfels. Highly recommended!

Weekend Getaway to New Braunfels

I cannot say enough great things about Havana House! The property was clean and welcoming, in a nice location, and easy to find. The house is absolutely charming! Homey and historic in all the best ways. It was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio and our dog loved the yard. It was so nice to watch the deer. We also appreciated being within walking distance to downtown. I would definitely recommend Havana House to anyone looking for a rental in New Braunfels!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood

The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck as well as the front porch rocking bench watching the deer. Our girls' weekend was very enjoyable. Since we were very close to the river, we enjoyed our tubing expedition along the Comal. Close to restaurants, various activities and venues as well as Gruene for shopping.

Eey clean, older home that has some character. Very clean, wonderful communication.

Group of 7 older guys , 3 day weekend. Home is in a good location, walkable to downtown and tubing on river. Neighborhood is a mix of renovated older homes, and some that are in need of help. Parking for 2 to 3 cars. Home did the job for us.

Very comfortable and convenient!

We were in town for our son’s wedding in Sequin. The location was great! We were within walking distance to historic downtown New Braunfels which has lots of shopping and restaurants. We also enjoyed walking around the charming older neighborhood. Deer literally stroll around like pets and are obviously fed by and very comfortable around people. The fenced-in back yard with deck was a huge benefit to us because we had two family dogs with us. Very comfortable for all 6 adults in our group. We would stay here again.

Was amazed at the cleanliness and renovation of such a beautiful 108 year old house. Beds were very comfortable the minute my head hit the pillow I was out. The only problem we had was the Air conditioner was set to low and the light in the living room would go out for about 25 seconds then come back on continuously. But all in all I would rate it as a 10.

Sweet house in great location w some minor improvements needed

This house has nice charm and was well appointed with linens and kitchen necessities. Easy walk to town where there are darling cates and shops. Plenty of wild deer roam the area and make for a beautiful addition to the landscape. We had requested an early entry as we had groceries but the management company said we couldn't gain access until 4pm. Interestingly, no one was at the house and the listing advertised an early entry as an option. Also, the house could use a deep cleaning. There were food stains on the wall over the master bedroom bed, baseboards and some ceiling fans had very heavy layers of dust, the back bedroom facing the revine had dirt on the linens as well as some of the furniture was a bit worn. The room designated as office with 2 twin cots is open to the master bedroom with only a curtain dividing it. Also, the front door lock is definitely a bit tricky.
