"We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely little hotel in the heart of Liverpool. The location is fantastic and so central, with everything within easy reach. Although it’s on a lively party street, The rooms are very well soundproofed, so we had no problem sleeping at all
What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and they are all a real credit to the Hotel. A special mention has to go to Sharon and Marie, who were absolutely exceptional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and Sharon even went to the chemist to collect a prescription for one of us. That’s what you call service!
We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool. A fantastic stay from start to finish. Thank you Resident Hotel!"
