Very nice with great amenities and a great staff!

We stayed in a room with a view of the Harbor. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast in bed can't be beat! Highly recommend The Harbor Grand. My 5 year old daughter loved the indoor pool as it was rainy and chilly throughout our entire stay. Friendly and helpful staff. We can't wait to go back!

Nice hotel with a nice view of the harbor.

We had a good experience at the Hotel Grand in New Buffalo. Instead of going out for New Year's, we decided to stay at the Harbor Grand and had a very nice time. The hot tub and fireplace in the room made for a nice romantic getaway.

Great hotel only a short drive from Chicagoland!

My husband and I stayed over night at the Harbor Grand hotel for our 1 year anniversary. The customer service was great; the staff was very accommodating. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant, which was nice. The location is nice since it's not far from Chicago.

Great location

This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a great location right on the marina in the quaint downtown area of New Buffalo within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We had a delicious meal in the hotel restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. The service in the restaurant and hotel was excellent, just as our last visit over five years ago. The only negative was the wear and tear this hotel is beginning to show.

Surprise! 5 star hotel in New Buffalo, MI

Favorable pricing. Bar drinks and appetizers around the fire with friends, then great dinner followed. Room very comfortable. Hotel staff and services outstanding. Included was breakfast delivered in a picnic basket to our door at the exact time specified! Expert help with things to do in town. Romantic movie library available at no charge. Indoor pool and spa.
