"The room.was supposed to have water and snacks....it did not. The floor i was staying on was quite dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed in a bit. My room overall was nice though."

"The property is very run-down. Furniture is old and falling apart. A/C doesn’t work well. You share the building with other tenants who live there and it’s been over-used. One day a dog had gone to the bathroom in the elevator. Another day, a different dog had used the bathroom outside the elevator ..."
