From the time of checking in for an overnight stay,7/12,was very quick and courteous.Basic room,very clean,and comfortable beds.Will be sure to book again,and is close to Ellwood City,and the koehler brewery pub.

The gentleman working the counter was super nice and friendly. He checked us in and had us on our way in less than 3 minutes. The space it's self was dated but clean and everything worked.

A quick night

Although the overall appearance of the room was dated, it was clean & many items were modern (curtains, bedspreads, flooring, etc.) The refrigerator was not plugged in upon entering & so, not ready for use. There was a microwave for which I had no need. Same with TV. Bathroom was minimal, but clean. A/C was adequate.

If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to stay for a night, this is a hdden gem. Right on the highway into Newcastle, close to Pittsburgh, the room we had was clean and, unlike many older motels, had no musty smell. We thought the highway noise might be an issue, but it wasnt. The air/heat fan was a bit noisy, but was effective and was white noise overnight. The beds were firm but ok, good pillows. (Whoever made the bed has the best hospital corners ever! ) With a microwave and fridge with freezer, and a small table and 2 chairs, its easy to have a meal in your room. The tub could use resurfacing, but was good for a shower. The nice gentleman at the desk got us ice when we asked for some. There is no coffeemaker, and we were told that there was until recently a coffee shop next door, so now they are considering getting coffeemakers for the room. This would be really appreciated. For the price, under $100 CAD for the night, this is a basic, clean motel, and we will stay here again.

Place was very clean, staff was friendly. Bed was very firm so not quite my type but was good otherwise. Main issue was didnt realize fridge was connected to the lightswitch, so when inturned off the lights our leftovers went bad.

Like staying at the Bates Motel

I only picked it because the review was so good, which it didn't deserve. No hair dryer, no tissues, hard mattress, pillows like rocks. Skimpy with the towels and other amenities. We had a terrible night's sleep, and during the night, someone was tapping on the window. It only got stars from me because it was clean.
