"We stayed at this property in the past and I would have rated it maybe a 2.5 or 3 out of 5 then but the room we stayed in recently must have recently been updated because it was very nice! Plus it appeared there was new bright carpeting in the hallways and stairways. The only two items not perfect were the toilette paper holder kept falling out of the counter and the tub drain was very slow."

"The property may be a bit off the beaten path in Richmond but the price is right and the room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the hot tub was toasty with great jets and was very clean. The best part of my stay was the lovely, friendly front desk clerk who was extremely helpful and hospitable. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again."

"The Loft was a great location for the horse show my daughter was competing at. Everything was clean, well stocked and the grounds were lovely. We met the owner who was very sweet, and the handsome Frank. Overall, we couldn't be happier and would 100% return. Thanks for a great stay!!!"
