We love Terra Cotta Vineyards, especially bar-b-que nights. This evening it was sunny at the vineyard, but rain could be seen in the west. The view from the south porch is tremendous as well.

"First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. "The rental property was great. Two bedrooms nice and spacious. Plenty of parking. It's a pretty quiet area. The only reason it's not a five-star rating is the internet is horrible. The TVs disconnect from the internet every 30 minutes or so and I tried to use the Wi-Fi and could not because it was so slow. Other than that it was a great experience and I would stay again."

"The property seems new or recently renovated. The beds were comfortable, rooms very clean with good amenities. Staff were nice and professional. The breakfast was great! Much better than past stays at Hampton properties. Seems they have stepped up their game in that regard. Excellent experience!"
