Nice friendly staff. Rooms were clean and easy to find. The outdoor doors didn't lock but overall a very nice place to stay.

Ok for a night. Beautiful pool area indoors.

Nice looking indoor pool but got their tool steviep enjoy. Rooms are older with broken door locks but overall good for a night.

I was assigned to a room next to the Interstate, so it was noisy. The room also was a handicap-accessible room that had been abused, had corroded sink faucet, and had painted ceiling tiles above the toilet - UGH. Exterior and breakfast area was in a state of disrepair, so I would never take anyone there. A place to sleep, if you get a quiet room.

1st room was clean, no AC moved to 2nd room - clean also with no AC. Very hot throughout the entire hotel! Hotel staff provided me with a fan that helped cool my room down to 75 degrees. No warning about AC on checking. Breakfast was limited with actual bugs crawling on the waffle table. Never ever ever again!

Unsafe, doorknobs fell off , mold on bathroom ceiling, 2 inchs of dust on hairdryer that was broken in the bathroom. Outlets had burn marks, they ways were cracked. Felt unclean and run down even when sign has UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. RATING IS A ZERO. Already spoke with Expedia on this. Pictures are not EVEN CLOSE.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The property was horrible. Hallways smell, rooms were gross. Dirty walls, curtains, bathrooms ect. The outside of the property looked as if it was abandoned. The inside looked the same. The ac seemed to be broken but the front desk was very nice and gave me a fan. The sign said no pets yet there were cats in a window downstairs. Entrances broken. Just a gross hotel. I got what i paid for. But as i said. The front desk staff were very kind and friendly

No AC

Checked in around 8pm. The AC in the room was on, but the room was mid to high 70F. They gave us a fan and said that if it wasn't better in an hour, to let them know and they would change rooms. We didn't bother at that point. I should have just asked for another room right then. The hallways were also warm and we heard another guest ask about the AC when we were walking to our room. The hotel looks like it is run down. There is what was once a beautiful patio area that is overgrown and has not been maintained. I will not stay again.

When I arrived I was told the air conditioning was broken but I had no other place to go to with my dog. So I said at least you have a pool! and was told NO on that also. My room was clean they gave me 2 fans which worked Ok. The outside looked somewhat abandonded, the halls were dingy. the "safety door" with key card was broken and didnt lock and was hard to pull open. The breakfast I didnt even take and went to the diner next door. the dog was a pet fee of $26. Next time Ill go to the crappy motel 6 down the road where I dont have to pay a pet fee.

The front desk staff was very friendly on check in.....however, the property itself was in need of a lot of repairs...2nd floor ice machine leaking, entire carpet in fron of it and down hall soaked, the outside court yard had trash and places pavers were sinking, pool eas out of service, 2 of the 3 large sliding doors to patio were screwed shut, another family traveling with us, a ceiling tile fell through and into the bath tub, it was covered in black mold.problems with swiping key cards multiple times to get to unlock, ....a pro of this hotel is it alwaya pets for those with pets....there was a a/c return where the graye had collapsed into the wall so a sofa was pushed against to he to hide it, a grown adult could have fot insode the hole...discovered this when looking for my kids toy, if a child fell in it , high potential for serious injuries..one of the qashers i. Laundry qas brokwn and didnt spin out clothes so had to re wash in a differnt washer....the Clarion were i live is top notch and thats why i was comfortable choosing this hotel, i was so very wrong.

The thermostats in the rooms do not work. Upon reading other reviews it seems as if the hotel controls the temperature of all the rooms. The ice maker in the hotel was out of order. The pool and hot tub was being “maintenanced”, so we couldn’t use it, but it seems after further review that it hasn’t been operation for some time- even though the huge banner outside the hotel advertises a pool and hot tub. The hotel is old, needs some work, ceilings and bathrooms are….. concerning, but if you just need a place to stay for the night it is doable- except for the horrid, moldy, musty, stagnant smell of a suitcase someone opened from the 1800’s. Upon more research it seems this has also been a common issue. Sure wish I did more research before staying here two nights. I also prepaid so there was no turning back unless I wanted to lose my money and pay to stay elsewhere. Won’t make that mistake again.

When booking the first picture shown is there pool and it says they’re open but when we arrived the pool was “under construction”. When we got to our room the air conditioning was not working and when we went to tell someone we got told “Maintenance will be here tomorrow but we can give you a fan” by another woman who was laying on the chair in the lobby with her feet up. I had to call the front desk after we left to ask for them to check it and was told they would reset it and check to see if it’s working. When we got back they told us they reset it and put a fan in there but didn’t go back to see if it worked. The air still did not work and they offered to switch the rooms but couldn’t confirm if the air was working in there either. Due to us being so tired from the day and not being able to find another hotel in the area we stood with the room but we are definitely not happy about the experience.

No pool

This hotel sucks! They advertise a pool in all there photos even when you arrive at the location they have a big red sign hanging by the entrance advertising their heated pool. We’ll that’s not the case ! My family and I got ready and excited to Go swimming just to get to the pool and see it locked; guy at the front desk was super rude and said it’s been closed and that they have signs posted everywhere( we couldn’t find a single sign saying the pool was closed) the room did not even look like it was properly cleaned. After 2 hours we left. Do NOT recommend

Stay anywhere else!

This hotel is in need complete remodeling. Beds are uncomfortable. Water pressure is very low. Back entrance was left propped open and stair well was open to the outside. If i had traveled by myself, i would not have stayed here. Anyone could have entered without being a paying customer. Stairway and hallways were very dirty. Area is dangerous and hotel should have security.

WON’T RETURN

Checked in early with no problem. When inquired about the pool I was informed that the pool was under maintenance. The a/c in my room did not work, when I went to the front desk I was told that I was wrong. They did not offer to change my room but provided me with a box fan that did not work. When I called the front desk to tell them the box fan didn’t work, the man at the desk told me “impossible” but brought down a replacement fan. The next day after more people checked in and complained about the a/c they were told it would be fixed. Breakfast was disappointing too many gnats. Too many cobwebs, the mirrors had handprints all over & their was mold in the drop ceiling in the bathroom.

OKAY! SO IAM NOT VERY HIGH MAINTANCE BUT THIS HOTEL WAS TERRIBLE AS FAR AS CLEANSINESS CARPETS WERE FILTHY, COBWEBS ON LIGHT FIXTURES, AIR CONDITIONERS SUCKED, I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS HOTEL AND THE POOL WAS CLOSED FOR WHATEVER REASON STILL UNKNOWN. THE ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY IS THAT FRONT DESK WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE ALSO ITS CLOSE TO SEVERAL STORES.
