"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. Staff generally went great though. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). Check in also took over 20 minutes, which considering we checked in the middle of the night, with no other customers, I've no idea why this took so long, they also then forget to take copies of our passport so had to arrange to go and do this later in our stay. The food at breakfast was delicious, small continental buffet selection and then you order from the menu for hot items, unfortunately service was very slow to be seated and then we had to ask several times for our drinks and food items, which on the first morning for example took over 20 minutes for tea/coffee. Just felt very disorganised which was a shame. Overall, lovely hotel, but room for improvement."

"Not me but my mom stated at the property. She was visiting Delhi for visa interview. She was pleasantly surprised by how good the hotel is contrary to some of the negative reviews online. It is conveniently located within 10 min auto ride. Hotel is very clean, well decorated and food was very good quality as well. Property also has an impressive garden. Staff was very attentive. Overall, it got a glowing review from her."

"Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius. Not a happy experience at this hotel . Will not return !!!! Period "

Also unexpected upgrade to a supreme room which was amazing and beautiful [only thing the room needed is a long mirror] Plus toilets near the pool.
