"It was great! From the beginning till the end. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. The staff from the moment I walked in, during my stay, and after checkout were great. No complaints. Great atmosphere. The restaurant Rare Steakhouse is amazing. Didn't get a chance to try the others but I bet they are worth it as well. Will definitely be back."

"Giving 4 out of 5 for two things: 1) did not enjoy the curtain that separates the shower from the toilet in my private room and 2) a little further out from main areas that you'd have to walk more vs. taking public transportation (also depending where you're coming from). Consider an extra 5 minutes to the main parts of Boston when visiting but honestly, not a bad walk. General building was nice and tidy, staff was prompt and nice. A little coffee shop also accessible inside of the hotel lobby."

"We stayed for 2 nights in August with our 2 kids. We got there a little early and our room was ready but they wanted $50 extra to check in and put our stuff down so we came back. I felt like the person at the front desk wasn't very warm but as we dealt with him more over the course of the 3 days, he was very nice. We did eat the free breakfast that is included with the room. It was basic but did include cereal, bagels, muffins and eggs and sausage. They also had amazing yogurt. We didn't use the outdoor pool but kids were in it. It was clean. It is very close to the Aquarium and shops."
