"Convenient location and parking. Nice, big room was clean and everything worked. Staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. There is a very good Indian restaurant across the street. The variety of foods at breakfast was outstanding, something for everyone. At night, the capitol is lit up and you can see it as you go in the front door. The maple tree outside my window was at peak fall color. I kept my car in the ramp for some hours after I checked out, saving me parking fees at the Monona Terrace."

Staff are all competent, communicative, helpful. Steve at the front desk handled a package delivery, with an unknown arrival time, efficiently and with no problems. Will definitely stay here again.
