"This was an end of season visit. The property, breakfast, and staff couldn’t be nicer. Sadly, pool was closed up for the season along with the restaurant. Dining options were very limited, even in town due to it being post Columbus Day."

"A clean, spacious, comfortable place, well located to explore area attractions or simply to relax. Pemaquid Beach is a real gem and only minutes away; dogs are allowed Oct 16 through Apr 30. Martha is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Something to know: House is railroad style—people sleeping on the futons in the family have to go through the bedroom with the full-size bed to reach the rest of the house, and anyone sleeping in that bedroom has to go through the living room. So, a potential privacy issue if your party doesn’t fit in the two bedrooms. "
