"Im a truck driver and decided to rent a room vs sleeping on my rig and while getting ready for bed, I not only saw 1 roach, but 2! The attendant offered another room but if there were ROACHES in 1 room more than likely there would be more in another room. And when I addressed it with the Mgr, she was callous saying that I couldn't get a refund even though I stayed in the room for 3 hrs! Then when I left the attendant didnt check me out until I asked to be checked out @ 8AM. I slept in my rig...

"We were pulling a trailer and had to park a three blocks away on the complete other side of the property and walk carrying all our bags and hanging clothes through the entire casino and hotel to get to our room. The only room they said they had available was a smoking room and now our bags and all our clothes reek of stale smoke. The staff was not helpful at all except the lady at the checkout desk this morning."

"Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here."
