"We arrived on a Tuesday and left on the following Saturday. During our stay the room was not serviced once. We had to go to the front desk twice to get toilet paper and towels. There was a funky smell in the room like something had died. By Friday, the trash was piled up and was not removed. We reported issues to the front desk several times without anything being done. The cold water faucet in the bathroom spun all the way around. The only way that we got it fixed was to ask a guy who was eating his lunch to fix it. The majority of the staff looked like they were on a regular break. The only staff that were regularly working were the breakfast staff. During checkout we complained once again and we were told that we would be contacted by the manager. So far, nothing. I would not stay at this hotel again."

"Had an awful room on the top floor that only had one window that was maybe 2’ x 2’ big. It’s not like the hotel was sold out so I’m not sure why they put me in what was a glorified closet. I was exhausted and just didn’t have the energy to complain."

"This place was marked as 3 stars with reviews talking about cleanliness. Very misleading, Checked in, didnt feel safe at all. Walked into the room with an immediate smell of mustyness. Couldnt open the windows and wouldnt even tuen on their ac unit because that was nasty too. Took the loss and immediately checked out and into a safer cleaner hotel "

"Beautiful property. We stay 20-30 or more nights in a hotel each year and this was the friendliest check in we’ve ever had. I wish I’d taken the young lady’s name because she was a gem. Rooms were great, spacious and clean. We only stayed one night but everything was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast was sufficient- we’ve had far worse and a little better. Other staff was great as well. "
