"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

"Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors."

"The location was superb. Great access to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else you may need. The house was immaculate and packed with included amenities which we were very surprised with! Only draw back is noisy neighbors in the morning to be honest. Would stay there again!"

I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. We have traveled...

"It’s a very nice place. However, one of the bedrooms looks out on two a courtyard that you have no access to so be careful not to open the blinds because one of our guests found a man sitting there, staring into her room in the morning while she was getting dressed. Not a cool thing."
