"I'm not sure why so many people rate this motel as terrible. The building itself is run down and needs a paint job and concrete repair, but my room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Few amenites in the room; no microwave, phone, or bedside lamps (the only light in the room is the big overhead one with the switch by the door, so be sure to have your phone nearby as a flashlight). The man at the front desk was VERY nice and went with me to the room to make sure I liked it. There were no bugs or mice, and I didn't see any drug or sex trafficking activities. I will absolutely stay there again; don't be put off by the condition of the building."

"It's not what it appears , do not judge! The neighborhood is full of hard working helpful people. The house was very comfortable for us. The hosts communicated with us in a timely fashion. It was a heatwave during our stay, but we were cool in the bedrooms as both bedrooms had cold AC. We kept those doors closed most of the time to stay cool . Fans available to blow the cold air around PLENTY of towels for a teen girl! She was very happy and we loved the uniqueness of this home. We would definitely stay here again! It was great having a refrigerator and freezer also! So many great things to say! Thank you for hosting us"
