The location was convenient. We liked the accommodations. Although the room did not come with a fridge, hot water kettle or a microwave, the staff helped us out to address the situation. The only other thing was the wifi did not work with our laptops and there were not enough plugs to accommodate our chargers. It was a minor point and we managed to work around. I am sure the staff would have provided power strips if we asked for them.

Great museums within walking distance. Manager Peggy runs the place really well - staff were super friendly - particularly Raeesa, Katie and Kwan. Coffee service in the morning, newspapers (WSJ, FT, NYT), valer service, gym were all great!

I was assigned to a room in the corner of the building. It was freezing, and I had to request a change of rooms. The staff was very accommodating and moved me immediately to a slightly better room. The rooms were spotless, and the staff in all departments were courteous, friendly and helpful.
