"Pool was closed? But a staff member was in there with I'm guessing his family. When asked the 1st night was the chemicals where off the 2nd time was the manager who oversees the pool was leaving....and the last I heard they did this so that we(the customers) would have to use the Park next to the expo center.( we were there for a basketball tournament at expo) I already had to pay extra for my daughter to play in this expo tournament to than be gipped by the hotel.
