Pros: friendly staff, quiet, ample handicap parking, adjoining rooms Cons: each of the two rooms had one damaged fire/CO alarm; key card machine was out of service, so we had to be let in the room by staff, and would have had to depend on staff to let us back in had we left and returned; checked out the "hot breakfast buffet" @ about 6:15-6:30, only hot items were 8 sausage links and 4 fried eggs, along with a waffle station, a toaster for the bread that was supplied, and a microwave.

Very friendly and helpful staff, pool was closed which was disappointing. Breakfast was not very good at all, not many options. Room was decent but kind of smelled a little funky and the carpet was soaked next to the air conditioner which was also unpleasant

The Core Team and I stayed her on march 22 for my conference and the conference room and core teams room was clean . The manager brandi is very orofessional and accommodat d me and my team in excellence manner. We will be booking again.

Reserved two full beds, got one king and a dingy couch. TV, phone, and vending machines didn’t work. Shower didn’t drain. Asked for bedding and got only a fitted sheet. Reported each issue as I discovered them—staff seemed uninterested. Definitely not the standard I expected.

Bad experience

Shower curtain in the restroom was old and torn. Door on the cabinet was broken, cups in the restroom were already open. Air conditioner was not cold, no iron table and the iron was chained to the holder not in the wall. Actual was nothing like the pictures on the site.

Our room door lock did not work from the inside, the rolling chair at the desk had an arm that was broken, the shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, the toilet paper roll was missing, the bathroom mirror had several places where the silver had rubbed off, there was trash left in the hallway, the cleaning staff was cleaning a room next to us at midnight that woke us up. The property stated they have a hot breakfast from 6-9. We went down at 7:30 and the only thing available was bread for toast and some apples. There was cereal but no milk was available. The only good thing about this prolerty is that the Manager was very pleasant.

Thank goodness we were moved from the first room we were in due to it not having hot water and the bathtub was filthy. The replacement room was wonderful, clean and closer to the front like I wanted. The front desk attendants were extremely nice and helpful. They made the stay worthwhile.

The two ladies at the front desk were nice and friendly. However, the older gentleman was unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. The pool area needs some updates, especially the hot tub, which was empty and could be a safety hazard. A negative experience staying here was the noisy night on March 20. Our next-door guest kept us up all night with loud music and singing. When I stepped outside my room to get closer to the next-door room, there was a strong smell like skunk. The next morning I found out that the person staying next to us was an employee. People staying in a hotel should be considerate of other guests. In my case, the employees as well as the managers should know that guests are more than likely looking for a hotel to rest and enjoy some quietness.

Great Staff.

The staff was the highlight of the Hotel. They were always there, willing and able to deal with any situation. Staying for 12 days, there is bound to have some situations pop up. Great job staff!

Everything was ok until one of the housekeeper went back into my room after I refused service for my room and one of my outfits I've never worn with the tags on it and it was taken out of my room. I'm still waiting to hear from management about the situation.

I booked this hotel for nine nights and the first day was horrible and the second day and all the day we stayed the Tv didn't work all the time because of wifi signal and kids were left along above us in hotel overnight they made so much noise and I did go to the front desk to ask for them to talk to the adults about the noise before I knew they were alone the lady at the front desk went and talk to the kids but they just continue to make noise so I walked upstairs to ask for a parent and one of the kids says no adults was there I asked the kids please be quiet they said okay but nope this was at 11 at night this is the ratchetest hotel I ever been to the only thing that was good was the front desk womens and the breakfast

I booked 2 king bed suites. Although front desk staff sd one room was "upgraded" since the original booked room was not available they were both still wrong. One room had a full bed and a pull out couch. The other room was more like an apartment with a living room area and a jacuzzi tub. It did have 2 beds an d a pull out couch but both beds were still full size. There were children (teen age) running in lobby and hallways. They were seen laying on the floors and slding through the lobby. Staff never told them to stop.
