Room was way too narrow..hard to squeeze between the end of the bed and the desk..very tight.

The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This is a good hotel to stay the night. We were only there for a night, but it was comfortable and well taken care of.

We stayed with kids a very nice and clean and convenient place. Staff is great. Food is decent just like what you expect from a breakfast they can probably add some more options but it was enough. The only one thing they should change is getting different shampoos and body washes a bit of a better quality but everything else is great We’ll definitely stay again.

The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful! I left a dress I needed for a wedding I was flying out for there and they overnighted it to me. So incredibly nice!

Good place to stay

We had a great stay. The place we got was a two bedroom, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed with a sofa bed in the living room. The bed was firm, which I am not use to, but it was very comfortable. The pillows were a little high; they were uncomfortable the first night. By the second night I figured out how to lay on them so I could sleep comfortably. The room was spacious and comfortable. This was a family trip with 2 kids under 6. The accommodations were top notch! Loved everything about it! We will definitely be back! We were impressed with the staff as well. Kudos!!!

To start, there are (4) hotels in this little area - The Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, a Hampton Inn and another hotel past that. It might get confusing to find the Holiday Inn Express. I stopped in at the regular Holiday Inn and the front desk there seemed pretty well accustomed to sending people "around the corner". When you get to the Holiday Inn Express it is as any other hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very polite and sweet. The breakfast was very nice and wholesome for the family. Close to most attractions and easy to walk to gifts stores. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

I arrived during a huge storm and the wifi was out making it really hard to check people in. Ben was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure I, and my daughter who is in a wheelchair, got a room on the first floor that was handicap accessible. Since we couldn’t print out room keys yet, he walked us to our room and let us get settled while they waited for the Wi-Fi to come back on.
