"This was just a one night stay but the two bedroom two bath unit was more than we expected. Clean and stocked with all your cooking needs. We would definitely come back if we needed a place to stay again."

"Check in only one room available we had booked 3 rooms. They put us in one room til the other was ready by 6 pm. Very inconvenient unprofessional but quick to take your money . Next day at around 1am after graduation front desk woman was very rude unfriendly she made our stay that much worse due to walking in from parking lot with smell of weed all thru 5th floor. Breakfast was horrible microwaved food which I could have done in my room. Elevator dirty and smelly. Seems like they do not sanitize the place at all due to overwhelming smell of marijuana. Front desk needs to hire people with class and etiquette with friendly attitude. I wanted a refund for not having my rooms ready and making me pay for waiting but the front desk guy seemed like he was high and not know what he was doing. Pool and spa was very dirty. Only the cleaning guy was friendly he made the place smell clean when he was there and he gave us clean towels sheets with a friendly attitude which made us tolerate the rest of the stay. Front desk and breakfast staff they are not up to standards. Seems like the manager has no high standards for the price they charge. Not worth it and they don’t deserve the cleaning guy he is the one who made our stay better ."

"1) The pots are cheap, the chipped coating shows up in water when boiling water for tea. So it's best not to use it for cooking, because coating will be in food 2) no cable or internet options on TV 3) hallways and entry doorways were filthy 4) when booking with third party, and it confirmed that a guaranteed suite would be honored (due to third party speaking directly with Hilton resource (at front desk) it should be honored, without guest going back-and-forth with "Deb"). A supervisor, eventually stepped in and assisted, but the unfortunate exchange with “Deb”, should have never taken place."

"Staff was great! From the valet to the cleaning team, everyone was helpful! The only thing was this Graduate is a bit run down. Paint splashes on bathroom floor, towels that are a bit old. Elevators broken or scratched up. I have been to the Graduate in other cities and they were a bit more polished still. Also, my 84 year old mom had to leave her room at 1 am bc the fire alarm was going off! No fire, no one knowing what was going on."

"So initially this was just supposed to be a trip that I was tagging along on with my two youngest children, because my oldest was going with her Girl Scout troop. I was not looking forward to this trip, to say the least. None of my children are swimmers, and I didn’t think we were going to enjoy ourselves. I’m happy to say that I was wrong. We got there and check-in was smooth without a long wait. We were immediately able to get going to the water park, which was magnificent. There were several shallow areas for them to play in without me having to have a hold on their life vests. The slides were thrilling. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that if you have mobility issues, there are endless stairs and walking. One central elevator bank means you need to be patient, or get your steps in. I got wolf passes for all three kids and it was the perfect amount of activities to fit in the weekend. "

"Updated historic hotel with sophisticated charm. Large rooms, great staff, nice bar and restaurant. Love the design and aesthetic. Felt very safe traveling solo. If you’re looking for a small hotel with sophisticated charm - this is it!"

"Parking was fine but the building was near decrepit. The front desk people could have been a little kinder. Elevator was broken and I was on the 5th floor so that wasn't ideal. "
