Lakefront Cottage

Come enjoy the beauty of Badin Lake and stay in this lakefront cottage! The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and an open kitchen/dining/living space. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom, twin on top and a twin trundle. Kitchen/Dining area seats six and there is a table for 6 outside as well. The couch pulls out and makes a comfortable spot to watch movies once the sun goes down and it’s time to wind down. The house is nice, but the view outside is one of the best. Located in a cove, you have the safety of swimming and playing right off the dock without boats speeding by. The dock is covered and has a double jet ski dock attached. Sit on the patio, enjoy the view of the lake, and watch the sunset. You will not be disappointed with the view.

Perfect retreat

Amazing Lakehouse!

We lived, we laughed, we loved, we laked! We had the most amazing girls trip and found the property to be extremely clean and very well stocked. The kayaks were also so fun! It was very nice that there were things there for us to use. We also loved the next door neighbor dog. 11/10 would stay again!

Comfortable lake house

We stayed for 4 days when we attended the 2024 jeep jamboree. Plenty of parking and right on the water. Comfortable chairs to hand out on the patio and sit on the dock. The house is small but great for two. AC kept us cool, very comfortable bed, nice kitchen and living room condo. Location wonderful. House was like the pictures. Would stay here again.

Amazing Lakehouse Vacation Stay

Our experience with this family/Lakehouse was amazing! The property manager was amazing and extremely friendly. Their property had an amazing cottage/Lakehouse charm and was prefect for a weekend getaway. We will definitely be planning another getaway in the future staying here.

Relaxing and Picturesque

Owners were very patient with our questions. The property was easy to find and had ample parking. The house was very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed having access to the lake right out the back door. Everyone that we met around the area were friendly and nice.

Great Weekend Getaway

This lakefront cottage is clean, expertly decorated, and perfect for a weekend stay for a couples getaway. Check in was super easy, and the hosts were communicative and clear. My husband and I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. We launched our boat at the landing in the next cove and kept it docked during our stay. Overall, a wonderful trip and I would absolutely recommend and stay again!

Perfect little house

Judy’s lake house was perfect for our short stay. We were not there for lake life, but there for Jeep Adventure Academy. After a long day of off roading( house was only eight minutes from our venue), it was nice sitting on the large dock watching the sunset.
