"Staff of the hotel ( not restaurants) were simply not interested in being helpful or hospitable. The reservation/ front desk staff are disingenuous; I was charged an early check in fee without this being confirmed to me - this was after waiting in their lobby for more than 4 hours for a room- while I was early to check in I requested early check in months in advance when I booked and upon arrival to their reception - which looks like a closet desk off an alley way I was told they ‘had a busy day yesterday’ and nothing was available and I could go out and find something to eat and come back around noon.
Further when I questioned the early check in fee on my bill ( which I wasn’t told off on check in or check out ( mind you I also checked out at 4am) I was lied too that I was given entry to a room approx 1 hour before I actually was ( I have the text message confirmation inviting me to check front desk for a room). After formally querying this and raising my concerns I never received the courtesy of a reply.
Also- as an Expedia customer a wine gift was due- which was never delivered despite housekeeping asking me if it had been delivered.
Rooms are misleadingly small and inconsistent housekeeping. The only positive is the food and service at the restaurant for dinner.
I would not stay again, and would not recommend: this is certainly not a 5 star experience and not one worthy of the price point. Explore other options before booking this!"
