Step inside to soaring timber ceilings, expansive windows, and a bright open living space filled with natural light. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has all kitchen appliances, a large island with bar seating, and all the essentials. The adjacent dining area seats eight and offers breathtaking mountain views, creating an inviting space to gather, dine, and make memories.



Step outside to the wrap-around deck, where you can grill, gather around the outdoor fireplace, and soak in the fresh mountain air. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset views, or stargazing under clear mountain skies.



MeadowCreek community amenities add a resort-like touch, including an 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, and a seasonal pool with snack bar (contact clubhouse for rates), providing endless recreational options while maintaining the peace and privacy of a secluded mountain retreat.



The cabin’s prime location puts the best of New Meadows and McCall within easy reach. Brundage Mountain Resort is under 20 minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, and summer lift rides. Please note that while there is ample parking, all vehicles must be parked on the property and may not be parked along the main roadway. The driveway is steeper, and in the winter may require 4-wheel or all-wheel drive.
