Staff is exceptional; very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast was simple and met our needs. Parking was easy and the hotel is conveniently located.

Staff was super friendly at checkin. Room is spacious. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot that has really good pizza.

I absolutely LOVED staying at Hotel Chaco. The staff is superb. The on site restaurant is delicious. The rooms are clean and super comfy. I didn’t want to leave. Beyond all of this, I really loved the story behind this hotel, and the care that it takes to uplift the culture of the city.

We loved our stay at Santa Fe Motel & Inn. Convenient location and comfortable rooms. Only complaint was that the parking lot was a little too tight (too many big cars and trucks made it difficult to park).

This is a very quaint older motel with a true feel of New Mexico. We stayed in the king suite with a fireplace. The staff was attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The morning southwest breakfast is included and delicious. The two people who prepare the breakfast are wonderful. Beautiful hotel with many Southwest pictures and other artifacts. Service was outstanding. Lot's of history associated with the hotel. One cannot get a better location in Santa Fe - everything is close by.

Busy weekend between graduations and travel baseball but hotel staff handled everything efficiently and quickly. Always our Fav Hotel chain. Safe area, comfy beds, quiet rooms.

Room was large, nicely furnished and clean. Had a grest view of mountains snd golf course. For us it was s grest location as we were visiting family that lived near by.

This motel seemed to be in the quieter part of town and it was in the perfect location for our vacation plans. The staff was great. If you like good coffee, they have it. Enjoyed the fact that the motel was clean. Motel was close to The Zoological Park but not walkable as the park is on a hilltop, yes uphill all the way.

Great hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Very accommodating. Carolyn is a very special employee. She went out of her way to accommodate a special request. Location was perfect for the NJCAA National Track &Field Championships at NMJC. Only wish their breakfast included more protein. Otherwise it was a great place to stay!!

Great location close to freeway but quiet. Hotel was very high quality for the money and pet friendly!

We got upgraded to a very nice suite. All staff members were professional and courteous. No complaints. It is a little hard to find (glad we had our GPS).

If you like Western movies, this is place to stay. Great restaurant and bar, lots of memorabilia

OMG this was the cutest, quaintest little place! I love a good, new fancy hotel but there's something about these older, classic, individually owned places I adore! The staff is beyond helpful and incredibly friendly! The grounds felt like I was in a little villa in Spain or something. The included made to order breakfast is amazing and we sat on the covered patio listening to great music. I will be back!! I highly recommend! Oh, and it's easy walking to the Plaza!
