"This was our 3rd time staying there and OUR LAST. It was the worst experience we and our racing families had. Between us all, we rented 8 rooms. A/C units weren't working well and the noise from them kept us up all night. When I brought it up to the front desk, I was told there was nothing that they could do us. The hot tub, which we have always enjoyed after a long day was anything but hot. It was tepid at best and with A/C running full blast in the lobby and pool area, you couldn't warm...

"Everything was good but the WiFi rather wasn’t working or doesn’t exist"

"The hotel has charm and a lovely entrance, but our experience as quite negative. We had ordered a K room and were given one on the second floor … but the elevator won’t stop at two! So we climb up the stairs - no sweat - and found our room to be .. lacking. Water seeped out from underneath the toilet when you flushed it, the room was dirty and dingy. The said they’d see about moving us … they could, but they did not have another K room. Okkkk … so we get a new Q rm - worse than the first. Dirty....

"This hotel is overpriced but a very nice property, especially for families with children. A nice lobby with games, a small pool and lots of nibbles to purchase. I will add a couple photos of the excellent small additions that would appeal to families. Our problems were that the breakfast was very mediocre (similar to other hotels in the mid-price bracket), the AC was very noisy, the refrigerator wasn't cool, and the hotel was hard to reach...we could see it but the roads didn't connect and...
