This charming 1-bedroom designer home, built in 2022, is bursting with character and perfect for a couple, an artist's retreat, a remote worker, or a solo adventurer. While I'm off traveling for work, I'm excited to share my sanctuary with you!

Please note: the I-10 interstate is a few blocks away so you will hear some car noise in the distance during peak traffic hours which is common to hear in this part of the city due to the interstate being built thru a neighborhood back in the 1950s and 60s.
