We loved our stay at Pyrtania Pearl. Great location. The house was beautiful and immaculate, and the host was super-responsive, even during the holiday. Definitely will look to rent again.
The space and location was perfect for our weekend in New Orleans. The condo was beautiful and clean. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It’s in walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The owners are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
We came to Nola for Mardi Gras and stayed at the "Prytania Pearl" for 4 nites. We had a great time and Vonda was a wonderful host. The house had Mardi Gras decorations, a King Cake and alot of extras. The location was perfect for the Uptown parades, getting to the Quarter and Downtown easily by the streetcar and Uber, and going to Audubon Park. I used to live in this neighborhood and always loved the location. The house was perfect for 5 people spanning 3 generations. Definitely 5 stars.
We really enjoyed this charming condo. It is located in a safe area and is very close to Magazine Street and the St. Charles line, so catching the trolly into the French Quarter was a breeze. We were able to talk the neighborhood at night and didn’t feel one bit uneasy. Our host was very communicative and recommended some great places to eat for our first night. She even decorated the condo for our birthday (my friend and I share the same birthday). We will stay again and definitely recommend it to anyone.
This is a lovely apartment in a great location. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s very easy to walk from here to Magazine St. and St. Charles for restaurants and shopping. It’s easy to walk to the streetcar to get to the French Quarter and elsewhere. It’s convenient to Audubon Park. We are in New Orleans often, and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. We arrived on Christmas Day, and the very kind host even had the place decorated for the holidays!
Clean home with an easy stay. Worked well for 3 guys. Bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and we had enough amenities for an 11 day stay. Great, cold AC. Rooms had ceiling fans. 2 bedrooms dealt with nearby bar noise. But thoughtful noise machines helped in each room. WiFi worked great for us too. Thoughtful host checked in to make sure all was great, they live in unit below but never heard a sound or even saw them. Would definitely stay again!
This is a bright, updated upstairs apartment walking distance to some of my favorite bars and restaurants in uptown New Orleans and just a block off St Charles Ave. Check out La Boulangerie on Magazine for breakfast. The owners have thought of everything to make it comfortable, down to a noise machine which one of my family members was very excited about! The beds are super comfortable and the communication was fantastic. We had some trouble with one of the door locks and it was taken care of right away. Wonderful stay, we will definitely book this one again!
This was a 5-Star plus property. Completely renovated, but keeping the Garden District historic charm, its fifteen foot vaulted ceilings throughout the home, fireplaces, ceiling fans and quietness made us equally happy inside as we were outside exploring Audubon Zoo and park, Magazine Street and more. Could not be happier with the property.The hosts were equally spectacular. I had mentioned in passing that we were celebrating my 65th Birthday during our stay and we were greeted with a huge 65 balloon and food basket. They also had a new portable baby crib for my Grand Baby and made themselves available for any of our needs during our stay (though there really weren’t any needs because all was supplied). I don’t normally gush on a review but this truly was a 5-Star experience and we will be back.
