Great fully furnished two apartment house one block off St. Charles and Lee Circle. Just one short block to streetcar and a quick ride or walk to the French Quarter and Uptown. The studio apartment includes two queen sized beds on each floor, balcony, courtyard, central air/heat, fully furnished kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, and a private bathroom on each floor. Laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, soap and supplies are located in the unit.
