Renovated, spacious house in a great location, just off the Magazine street. Walk to the tram stop on St. Charles Street. What you get here is #1 an amazing value. You get a spacious, super comfortable, renovated, quiet house for the price of an average hotel room. #Fantastic location! A Short Walk or ride away from anywhere you want to be in New Orleans! # Private parking. Steps from the vibrant Magazine street with many bars, restaurants, shops. 5minute walk to St. Charles where you can catch a tram, get a 24hr pass for $3! Walks around Garden District will make you fall in love with NOLA. Updated: max speed wifi. The House was built in 19th century and it can be found in the National Register of Historic Places. (Please don't plan parties, we have outdoor cameras)

Wonderful! Great location, perfect place

Amazing location just off Magazine street, yet on a quiet side street. Beautiful house, tastefully furnished, fully equipped. We had everything. Super comfortable beds (this is very important to me with my back issues), soft towels, spotless floors, and surfaces. Could not have expected a better accommodation. And a very kind host. We will be back! Thank you!

Convenient location

Very convenient and clean location. Smallish for sitting around visiting. Some minor issues that could be corrected for the future. Front door hard to open. Lack of hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Limited glassware - had to purchase own tall glasses for cocktails. Put off a bit about need to take off shoes and comments about being careful not to stain area rug in living room. Not very inviting - if that concerned do not have it in there. Sparse amenities in the bedrooms. Sense that this is a rather new endeavor for the owner. No binder with instructions, helpful hints, check out procedure etc.
