Great Family or Friend Getaway on the Water

The house is located in Pirate's Harbor and has plenty of space to sleep up to 14 people. Quick access to Lake Pontchartrain and plenty of potential to crab off of the dock at the house! We have crab nets and fishing poles waiting for you! Two full size refrigerators, a grill, dishwasher, wi-fi, and a boat dock. Whether you are looking to fish or just want to getaway the house is ideal. There is ample parking in the front of the house and a marina with a boat launch nearby. The bedrooms:

This place is a great stay for a group of ten or more! Right on a canal with easy access to suburbs and New Orleans. Clean and comfortable with lots of outdoor entertaining space.

We had three generations visiting. The property was perfect for us. We cooked plenty of food downstairs so we didnt heat the house. We utilized many of the provisions crawfish trays, pots, etc. This was our second stay and look forward to another in the future.

This property was exactly what we wanted. No surprises on check in. It was a perfect place for a larger family, and the kids loved the fishing and crabbing. (Even though they weren't really biting 🙂) Jennifer and Chris were there if we had any problems and were very accommodating when we wanted to stay an extra day. It is a great location right by the water and nice to not have to deal with the traffic and crowds in the city of New Orleans. Thanks for a great time!!

Very accurate on advertisement for sleeping arrangements. Brought my own supplies for bathroom and kitchen including coffee pot. Spacious. I would recommend this property to rent.

This is a place for peaceful, relaxing time. House is very clean, and Jennifer was very accommodating to our group. The deck was a great place to sit and talk, checking the crab nets and fishing. We would return here and recommend to others.

Fun place to stay for a large group. We boiled crabs and shrimp on the 4th. On a no wake zone so was able to keep my boat docked the entire stay. Had a great time.

Had a great time at this house. Plenty of room and right on the water. Kids got to fish and learn to play Super Mario. Ideal location to visit New Orleans during Mardi Gras season without getting stuck in the city. We would definitely come back.

We came over to the Sugar Bowl game in New Orleans. The place was roomy and in a great location. We enjoyed the views from the deck. The house was well equipped and close to town and the interstate. We would definitely come back again.
