Fire alarm literally went off at least every 10 minutes sometimes closer together- like actually alarmed not chirped for dead battery. Fire dept showed and still no fix. Bath water was ORANGE you can clearly see on the towels and in toilet. Pool has a green tint but that wasn’t that big of a deal. Two toddlers and ZERO sleep because of the constant alarm. Stood at the desk for a hot while while no staff was to be found, a line formed behind me full of complaints and phones were ringing off the hook- I finally gave up and tried later. No pool towels- we asked for some and was told they’re all wet from the wash and none available. We booked this trip on 6/18 so this was a planned vacation stay not a last minute stop….. called hotels around and they were booked due to mishap here, people had same thought I had “just go across the street” welp that wasn’t a option due to no rooms available! SO disappointed and annoyed!!! My whole family booked three rooms here, I had a studio sweet decent room but None of us will be back.

Im not usually one to leave a review but I found so much value in this property. We were on a road trip so we wanted a place that would be safe because our vehicle was fully loaded. The first thing we noticed when we pulled in was the amount of powerful lights they have in the parking lot. Amazing! Rooms were so clean and spacious and we had enough privacy with the suite setup. Everything looks like it was recently renovated, rooms were very clean, I wasnt expecting fridge, cooktop etc. we hit up the wednesday evening food and the included breakfast was the cherry on top. Again, 5/5 in value. awesome place for families

The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless. 2. When we got into bed for the night, there was debris (no idea what it was and honestly would rather not know) all over the bottom of the bed. There is no way fresh linens were put on after the last guest. Staff brought new sheets but no apology or care. 3. We had 4 people and 2 bath towels on the first day. I went down to the lobby and explained we had 4 people, were given 2 bath towels, and would need at least 4 more. Was given 2. On our second day, the fire alarm went off at 7 am. It continued to go off. We tried to call the front desk - no answer. So we got dressed to go down and were told it was a false alarm. Cool. Overall, would not recommend and would never stay again.

The property was clean and well cared for. The night we checked in there was dinner and it was tasty. The breakfast was good grits, potatoes etc. I don't eat pork. The meals would be better if there was options for people that don't eat pork. I was really impressed with the property.
