Great location off Magazine street. New super comfortable king size bed in one room and two full beds in the other. One and a half bathroom. Master bathroom has shower and tub separately. Many bars and restaurants on Magazine street, just few minute walk. Bonus- the typical NOLA-style patio with comfortable seating to relax or enjoy a meal.

Nice place, great location

Place and photos are exactly as described. We were here for two weeks and it is in a great location - easy to get around and very easy to take public transportation (bus via Magazine or St. Charles street car). Communication with the owner was a breeze and Dani was very quick to respond if there were any issues.

Perfect location

This is a great house and the most perfect location. One block off Magazine and only a few blocks from St. Charles and the streetcar. Just ideal!

Perfect place in garden district

Great space, very quiet during the day. Behind the house is a bar's patio, so we did get some loud noise of weekend nights (which might be worse in post-pandemic times.) Kitchen had almost everything you need, wifi was pretty good, and beds comfortable. Covered front porch was definitely a plus for rainy weather. Normally, we get nervous when a listing only has street parking, but it was never actually an issue. Would stay here again
