While this charming part of town provides a tranquil refuge from the thrill of French Quarter, it is truly a destination in itself.

Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 12-15 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 8-10 minute walk to the St Charles at Felicity streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 5-10 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!
–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

Despite the look if the area, the house was great!!! PLENTY OF ROOM! The patio and pool area was great.Only regret is that there arent any tvs in the guest rooms(except the master)

It was a great place for us, we were a group of 10 for a bachelor party. Beautiful home, pool was excellent. It was a bit far, but that was to be expected based on the property we got.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had 12 girls who were able to sleep comfortably. Any more than that, and we would`ve had to use the trundle beds, which were essentially on the floor—just something to be aware of depending on your group size. The space was amazing for hanging out, with a big comfortable couch and a great outdoor area. Overall, the space was very clean. It is an easy drive to many locations, but I wouldn`t walk around the neighborhood. The property management company was very responsive and accommodating. We would stay again!

I visited New Orleans for Mardi Gras. I was worried that the location would be too far from the festivities but the house is in good proximity. This home is exactly like the photos. I was amazed at the accuracy from the listing. Spacious and clean. I love a good heated pool/ jacuzzi and this one did not disappoint even on the colder nights. Beds are comfy. Everything you will need is provided for comfort. I don’t have any negative remarks except maybe bring wash cloths as they were limited. checking in and out was also a smooth process. If hesitant please don’t be, you’re gonna love this one!
