Located in the historic Marigny Triangle, Le Château de Pauger can easily host your group; it boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and ample living space. The generous master suite has a king-sized bed and lavish en suite bathroom. Large second and third bedrooms each have a queen-sized bed, and additional sleeping arrangements are available for children. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This property offers more than its luxurious interior accommodations; guests can retreat to a private backyard oasis to refresh and rejuvenate after a day in the French Quarter. Really nice shotgun house in Marigny that was an easy walk to the French Quarter. Given we rented a car the off street parking was perfect. Check in and keyless access was the best I’ve experienced with a VRBO. Checking out some of the local dives was a really nice contrast to traditional French Quarter tourist places.

The pictures just don't do this place justice. It's absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. From the decor down to the comfort of the beds this place can't be beat. Alex provides detailed information about anything you may need. The French Quarter and Frenchmen St are within walking distance. We'll definitely be returning to this home in the future.

The listing was accurate, the place was great, Alex has a document he provides with all pertinent information about the listing and surrounding areas including grocery stores!! The only semi-negative I would say is with the influx of homeless there are a couple that roam the streets. None of us felt threatened but they were present.

If you're looking for a great place to stay in New Orleans, you won't do much better than Alex's place. It has everything you need, fantastic location, and the owner might be the best VRBO owner I've ever dealt with so far. This house is walkable to pretty much everything, but is off the beat and path enough where you won't be bothered by the late night craziness. The house is clean, modern, but still has that NOLA charm. Alex was supremely helpful to our group to what felt like going out of his way to accommodate our group. We had an absolute blast and would 100% stay at this house again if we ever decide to go back to NOLA!

This property is perfect! 3bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Fenced in backyard with deck and gas grill. This property is deceiving on Vrbo, it is much larger in person. The area is just outside the French Quarter, very easy walk, even closer is Frenchmen Street with its lively, but not as crazy as Bourbon street, nightlife. Thanks to Alex for working with me on my ever changing flight schedule! Definitely be back….. loved it!

The house was very clean and comfortable for our group. Alex was always available for any questions we had. He was easy to work with for our needs. (Thank you Alex!) The house was very spacious on the inside with a lovely fenced area to relax in the back. The house had an alarm system for added peace of mind. Highly recommend!

This is a 3 bedroom home with 2.5 baths. Very comfortable and cozy feeling with lots of room. Nice backyard to sit and sip wine and comfy beds. Owners left plenty of towels and the kitchen was well equipped. This home is about 0.7-1 mile from the center of the French district. We walked there every day and sometimes twice a day! We were able to watch one of the major parades on Fat Tuesday to complete the whole experience. We would totally recommend this home to anyone who wants to have fun in New Orleans and also wants to have a nice place to relax in the evening.

The house was the perfect size for our group. The location was centralized to everything we wanted to do. Iggy's neighborhood bar around the corner was a great place to unwind, the patrons there were so kind and helped us find place to go out of the touristy stuff. Loretta's café a couple blocks from Iggy's by far had the best beignets. Big E arranged our transportation (Recommended by Alex in our rental paperwork) he sent us Cecil for transport to and from the airport and he was the best! Saved Cecil and Big E's numbers for future stays. The backyard was not as picturesque as the listing shows, but the house and overall stay was amazing.
