The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any food enthusiast, while the bedrooms offer plush bedding for a sound night's sleep. 1 Bedroom is equipped with a king, and the other a queen.

The property is a duplex but is extremely privot with seperate entrance and all separate spaces. Our property features an outdoor patio, a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It's the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee, savoring an al fresco meal, or simply basking in the sun. The outdoor area also offers an opportunity for a lovely garden stroll.

One of the rare gems of this urban oasis is the gated off-street parking. You can rest assured that your vehicle will be safe and secure throughout your stay, allowing you to explore the city with peace of mind.

Location-wise, you'll find yourself one block off of Magazine street - which any local will tell you - is the heart of the dining scene in New Orleans, The Irish Channell, in Uptown, has the architecture and vibes that are sure to check all the boxes on your visit to New Orleans.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located just two blocks off of Magazine street in the highly desireable Irish Channell neighborhood. Amazing restaurants, stunning architecture and incredible music venues are all nearby.

Getting Around:
The St Charles streetcar is only a few blocks away. If you have a vehicle, private on site parking is available as well. The French quarter is only a few miles away via street car or a 6 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
All new orleans locals must contact us for approval before booking or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
We do not allow gatherings or parties of any kind.
No smoking inside of home.
