Family fishing trip.

This location was great for our trip. A very spacious house...however...the A/C in the fourth bedroom above the garage was not working, pots and pans for cooking very limited, and the propane for outdoor grill empty. Our host stated everything will be provided. We had to purchase our own propane tank for the grill.

Great house but inattentive owners

The home suited our needs and was very clean and well-kept. The kitchen was poorly stocked but other than that we enjoyed the home. The a/c unit in the upstairs bedroom was not working when we arrived so we immediately informed both of the owners. After being told that a maintenance person would come by to check, we patiently waited, understanding that these things happen. No maintenance guy came in the following two days that we were there and there was no further communication with the owners regarding the issue. Without the use of the 4th bedroom, 2 adults had to sleep on the floor downstairs. I am not one to leave a bad review however, we paid the rate for a 4 bedroom home and received a 3 bedroom home and everyone in my party was understanding of the issue but would have appreciated acknowledgment from the owners as guests in their home.
