Amazing!!

The staff here are great, they called us prior to our arrival to see what time we would check in. As it was a late arrival they had the room all ready for us and it was nice and warm as they put the heaters on for us. The room was so nice and clean and super comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful bathroom facilities which was so nice to have a spa after a day in the rain at netball! Each staff member we spoke to was friendly and super helpful. The cleaners always smiled and waved too. We will definitely be back, keep up the awesome work.

The room had a horrible strong mouldy smell that contaminated all our clothes. Room needed maintenance on windows - restrictors needed refixing. Bathroom stunk and was outdated.

Expected more from the property for the price paid. Reception staff not very engaging on arrival. No service of room was carried out on New Year's Day (was notified the day before about this), even though staff were on the property servicing those rooms where there were new arrivals.
